How long can you keep the bounce house or other rentals?

Weather permitting, our customers enjoy the equipment all weekend long at no additional cost. Unlike other companies who simply provide the equipment for a few hours, with Peach State Party Rentals, your kids can enjoy the bounce houses from the time we deliver on Friday to the time we pick up on Monday.

How many people can fit at a table rental?

  • 5' round tables: Seats eight comfortably.
  • 6' banquet tables: Seats six comfortably or eight if seated on the ends.
  • 8' banquet tables: Seats eight comfortably or ten if seated on the ends.
  • 3' bistro table: Seats three to four comfortably when set at dining height.
  • 6' kids table: Seats six comfortably.

What is the weather cancellation policy?

Should you choose to cancel your bounce house reservation due to inclement weather, we will provide a full refund provided you cancel by 10:00 a.m. on the day prior to the scheduled delivery. Cancellations due to inclement weather after that time will receive a full credit to be used within 12 months, except “in progress” deliveries will be charged an additional delivery charge. In the event of heavy rain, Peach State Party Rentals will not deliver or install the units at event location. In the event of light rain with forecast for clearing skies, unit/s will be delivered and installed as requested. Units are NOT designed for use during rain. In the event of wind conditions exceeding 15 MPH, Peach State Party Rentals units may be installed but not inflated for use until the wind condition improves to less than 15 MPH. If/when wind conditions rise in excess of 15MPH, units must be evacuated, blowers disabled, and units deflated until the wind conditions improve to within acceptable limits.

What is your delievery fee?

Delivery charges are based on location and not included in the base rental price. Our standard Tailgate Delivery is $40, within 15 miles of our warehouse in Cumming. Outside of that area is based on mileage. FOR INFLATABLES: Our Tailgate Delivery option is our standard delivery requiring that your equipment is delivered and retrieved from a point that is no more than 50-ft from our truck tailgate. Because all of our inflatables weigh 350-lbs or more and are delivered by electronic cart, delivery to an area that has challenging terrain such as gravel, slopes, etc. may require additional resources or labor and become a Custom Delivery subject to additional fees. We cannot deliver to areas with stairs or extreme slopes given the safety risk for our team. FOR TENTS, TABLES AND CHAIRS: Our Tailgate Delievery is the standard delivery fee and requires that your items will be delivered and picked up from a point that is no more than 50-ft from our truck tailgate without challenging terrain (stairs, steep hills, etc.) For tables and chairs, this means that the equipment is delivered neatly stacked under your tent or to your garage/covered area immediately accesible to the truck. If items are not returned to the point of delivery and neatly stacked, an additional $35 custom delivery charge will be charged. Any request for a custom delivery of tables/chairs (back yard, patio, kitchen, etc.) must be addressed in advance and charges are determined by the time and labor required for the delivery crew to honor your request. Should you wish to have the equipment set up upon delivery, additional set up fees apply.

Are you licensed and insured?

Yes, we are fully licensed and insured. In reserving our equipment you will be required to sign a rental agreement and form that lists specific terms and conditions of the rental.

What to do if it starts to rain while enjoying an inflatable rental?

Unplug the blower and move it out of the rain while you let the inflatable deflate. You can also cover the blower with a tarp. Once the rain stops, plug the blower back in and wipe down any wet surfaces to avoid slipping.

Is your equiptment sanatized?

Yes, all inflatables and rental equipment is thoroughly inspected, cleaned and sanitized after each use. Safety and cleanliness are our top priorities. We follow CDC guidelines for sanitization. Furthermore, we allow a minimum of three days between sanitization and rentals to ensure the equipment you receive is clean, dry, safe and enjoyable.
