Go South of the Border--Mexican Fiesta
creating the atmosphere-Cover your tables with Mexican blankets or brightly colored tablecloths, put up some Fiesta bunting and use multi-colored lighting for the tent border and posts. Hang a piñata for decoration or as a fun game and cue up some Ranchera and Mariachi music.
Pick your Menu-You can go simple or get elaborate, the choice is yours.

Sample Menu: Grilled Chicken, Baked Beans With Sausage, Potato Salad and coleslaw. You can also keep it simple and do hot dogs and chips. Campfire food runs the gamut. Pick what you like and enjoy your evening.

Island Escape--Go Hawaiian
How about an island theme with Hawaiian attire required.
Prepare tropical drinks and greet your friends with a Lei. Surround your tent with tiki torches and decorate with an island theme. Throw in some Limbo and tune up a Hawaiian music station on Pandora.
Sample Menu: Get on the internet and find some recipes for Lomi Salmon, Poi, Hawaiian Chicken Kabobs and Island Rice. Make sure you get the Pineapple!!
